✅ GENERAL RETURN POLICY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS & RENTALS)

Returns & Refunds:
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Food and perishable goods

  • Event rental items after the event date

Refund Process:
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee may apply to large or custom orders.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

🎉 EVENT RENTAL RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations:

  • 50% deposit is non-refundable

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: full refund minus deposit

  • 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund of total paid

  • Within 14 days: no refund

Damaged Items:
Full replacement cost will be charged for damaged, lost, or excessively dirty items.

Cleaning Fee:
A $200 cleaning fee applies if returned items are stained, burned, or require deep cleaning.

💻 DIGITAL PRODUCTS / DOWNLOADABLE FILES

No Returns or Refunds:
All digital product sales (e.g., templates, photos, QR menus) are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

If you experience technical issues or receive a corrupted file, contact us within 3 days for a replacement.
